Shipping & Returns
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All our UK parcels are shipped with Evri and come with tracking.
Please note: items that are large letter sized (i.e. catnip toys, small snuggles etc.) or areas such as Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland will be shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class due to limitations of Evri.
Shipping with Royal Mail or for first class upgrades can be requested prior to ordering.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked
Customs handling charges may apply - you are responsible to cover the cost of these.

All pre-made orders are shipped within 5 days of ordering.
Made to order or custom orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on volume of orders.
Please contact me for an update on your order in the meantime.

We sometimes use recycled boxes from other orders to decrease waste and promote recycling to do our bit for the environment, so please be aware your box may have other branding on. We try to use our own boxes when possible however. Look out for our stamp on your box or label to spot your Made For Paws parcel!
RETURN POLICY
Please contact us as soon as you wish to return an item and include reasoning to see if any issues can be resolved.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure the item is returned upon agreement in new, unwashed and unused condition, free from pet hair or bedding.
Buyer must pay return shipping and will only be refunded the price of the item, not including any postage costs, on receipt of a clean, unused item.
