Shipping & Returns
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All of our orders destined for within the UK will be shipped with Evri, Royal Mail or InPost Home Delivery.
Please contact us before placing your order for specific postage requirements, including postage upgrades, safe keeping spaces and delivery instructions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail Tracked delivery.
Customs handling charges may apply - buyer is responsible to cover the cost of these.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Made to order or custom orders can take up to 2-4 weeks depending on volume of orders.
Please contact me for an update on your order in the meantime.

PACKAGING:
We use recycled packaging and boxes where possible to decrease our consumption as a small business, so please be aware your box may have imperfections or other branding on.
You can look out for our Made For Paws stamp on your box or label to spot your Made For Paws parcel!
RETURN POLICY
Please contact us as soon as you wish to return an item and include reasoning to see if any issues can be resolved.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure the item is returned upon agreement in new, unwashed and unused condition, free from pet hair or bedding.
Buyer must pay return shipping and will only be refunded the price of the item, not including any postage costs, on receipt of a clean, unused item.
